Cracker

The Cracker fixes the problem of stuck/sealed manhole covers, which cost maintenance crews a lot of time and cost companies a lot of money. Current practice is to pound these covers with heavy sledgehammers risking injury and often damaging the cover.

Suitable for:

Description

The Cracker is a hydraulic – and patented – solution with the lifting power to crack them open quickly. The cost of the Cracker will be recouped after 3-4 typical uses.
In fact, the product is an all-in-one solution and can be wheeled away to clear the manhole in one, easy movement and then wheeled back and into place after the work is done. Using The Cracker is a one-man operation.

The product comes with a Weber 5-tonne telescopic jack, de-rated to 2.5 tonne of lifting strength. If using The Cracker lessens the need to close down a road, the cost will likely be recouped in its first use. This is a health and safety product that effectively saves rather than costs you money.

Keyhole Cleaner

All manner of compacted and hardened debris can build-up in the key recess of a manhole cover which takes valuable time to clear, and can cause extensive delay. The Keyhole Cleaner is designed to save you time in clearing this obstruction.

It consists of:
1. An auger head to ‘break the back’ of the task;
2. a screwdriver head which can be used as a chisel to break hardened debris and to scrape out, as necessary;
3. a key head which is shaped like the key, pushing debris out of the recess and leaving a space in the shape of a key!

The time saved by the Keyhole Cleaner boosts productivity and makes it a vital tool for all maintenance teams.
