With our experienced staff and workshop, together with the facility of our in-house test rig, we are able to repair any brand, style, or size of valve.

We have extensive access to OEM parts which enables us to provide an excellent service backed up by a detailed valve report & test certificate.

A typical overhaul would include:

• Valve strip-down & assessment.
• Advise the client of any services, issues or spares that are required which are not included within a standard spares kit.
• Shot blast relevant parts & re-paint.
• Clean the internal trim & ensure seating surfaces are acceptable.
• Fit new spares kits.
• Set & calibrate if required.
• Issue valve report / test certificate
